Warranty Disclaimer
All products made and sold at The Magic Needle Embroidery, are inspected before shipment. If any goods prove to have been defective in material or workmanship at the time of receipt, the Buyer must notify The Magic Needle Embroidery, LLC within 24 hours of receipt  by calling (740) 467-7067.

Items that The Magic Needle has misspelled or are in the wrong color, or wrong design can be returned for repair or replacement.

Once you have signed off on the spelling, color and design, the Sale is Final.

Digitize fee's and Art fee's are NON REFUNDABLE.

Purchaser is responsible for knowing the correct size of garment ordered. If unsure, please stop by, or schedule a time to be fitted. Once item is ordered Sale is Final.
